At 6 am, he was already helping us find a hospital and connect with a doctor. His quick thinking and genuine concern were invaluable during a stressful time. The hotel itself was wonderful, but it was the kindness and support of the staff, particularly Mr. Ravi, that truly made our stay memorable. I had a fantastic stay at The Pramukh! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel room was clean but not maintained properly. Room service was not good. Served cold breakfast, tea. Food quality was ok. Around 3-4 Kms away from railway station and 10-11 Kms from SoU. Little difficult to get auto from the hotel location.
